Carl Miller, founder and Director of the Center for Biblical Counseling of Waco, received his Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is both an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and an NCC (National Certified Counselor).
Carl's work experience includes foster care, mental health, residential group home program administration, counseling with children, adolescents, families, couples and adults. He also has experience in the area of substance abuse treatment, as well as juvenile sex offender treatment. Carl has worked with clients regarding depression,anxiety, sexual addictions, drug addiction and other issues.
